This year's young professionals will take you along on the journey toward their professional dreams. And, we are pleased to honor our 2018 keynote speaker Guillermo Diaz, Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Cisco Systems.
Over 500 students, alumni, family members, and change-makers in the business, education, and philanthropy community will come together to recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2019 and witness the unveiling of our high school students' internship placements as they cross the stage.
RSVP to secure your seat and be a part of the movement to create a more diverse workforce today. We look forward to seeing you there!

Too often, students growing up in low-income households are shut of today’s workforce. Nearly one in five students of color in the Bay Area drop out of high school, and even less graduate college at a time when the demand for college educated workers is rising.
That's where Genesys Works comes in. Our unique 14-month program prepares students to break through barriers and achieve lasting academic and professional success.
Our signature annual event is an opportunity to celebrate our young professionals and directly address the opportunity gap, together.
