Jorge primary focus is implementing and driving consistent HR best practices and initiatives across his assigned client group in the areas of employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, recruitment & retention, policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and wage and salary administration among other HR functional areas.

Jorge has over 10 years of relevant experience managing the HR function within nonprofit, for profit, and military sectors. He proudly served in the United States Army for seven years and completed two overseas tours. Following his military service, Jorge worked as a lead HR advisor in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon his return to the States, Jorge worked in increasingly responsible HR leadership positions in various industries to include manufacturing, government contracting, and nonprofit services. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from California State University in Fresno and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University.

Today, Jorge enjoys leading the Jobs Ministry at his church and serving as a volunteer alongside his wife, Analee, with a number of Houston-based nonprofit organizations.
