Genesys Works - Chicago Partners with CompTIA

Genesys Works - Chicago has recently formed a partnership with the Information Technology Association, CompTIA.

After learning about the Genesys Works program, CompTIA agreed to support Genesys Works - Chicago with an $8,000 grant that was used to help the program move to a larger office and training space. After more than doubling the size of its class from year one to year two, Genesys Works - Chicago realized it would need more space than it had available to efficiently train Class 2's 53 young professionals. Through the help of CompTIA, the program moved into a suite at 333 W. Wacker, along the Chicago River in the prestigious Loop area. The new space offers three training rooms and office space dedicated to the program staff. With the new space, the program was able to see success in training Class 2's larger numbers and will have the ability to grow and engage more students in years to come.

CompTIA is a non-profit Information Technology Trade Association, working to advance the world of IT in the areas of education, certification, advocacy, and philanthropy. Over their 25 year history, CompTIA has gained over 2,000 association members and 1,000 business partners all working to achieve the organization's mission to become the voice of the Information Technology industry.

Genesys Works - Chicago proud to partner with CompTIA and would like to thank the organization for their generosity as they played a major role in our ability to expand and reach more students.
