Genesys Works - Chicago Young Professional Flies Solo with Much Success
Typically, Genesys Works Young Professionals are sent to client companies in groups of two or more. With another young person to share the internship experience, students feel supported and more confident. But in Morgan Damiecki's case, flying solo has been a tremendous success. With a small IT department, H2O+ opted to host a single intern for the 2010-2011 school year, and Morgan was selected as the best candidate for the job. While working an internship alone has unique challenges, Morgan has risen to the occasion receiving some of the most positive client reviews in the entire Genesys Works - Chicago cohort.
