Pilot Year Partnership with TransUnion is a Success
In its pilot year of operation, Genesys Works - Chicago established strong relationships with a small number of client companies. TransUnion was an early supporter of Genesys Works - Chicago, and contracted to work with 6 Genesys Works Young Professionals in various departments of their Chicago office. Beginning in September of 2010, Genesys Works Young Professionals engaged in meaningful internships with TransUnion. Working beside and with TransUnion associates, the services Genesys Works' Young Professionals provided ranged from managing billing and invoicing reports to setting up new laptops and troubleshooting computer problems for TransUnion employees.
On June 2, 2011, TransUnion hosted a small ceremony to celebrate the success of this year's partnership. The interns conducted a "Year in Review" presentation to sum up the contributions they had made to the organization and how the experience of interning for TransUnion had
impacted their future education and career plans. TranUnion CEO, Bobby Mehta, attended the event and offered his congratulations to the Young Professionals on a job well done.
