Once accepted into the program, students commit to a year-long comprehensive program. Typically, students train for eight weeks in the summer, learning information technology skills needed to excel in the corporate environment. Students are also taught business etiquette, conflict resolution and proper communication skills.
During the school year, students attend regular classes in the morning and work in the afternoon at a major corporation arranged by Genesys Works. Students are paid while working and gaining valuable knowledge of the corporate world.
