Genesys Works' students not only succeed in the corporate world, but in the academic world as well. Currently, Genesys Works' graduates attend some of the top universities in Texas such as Rice University, Texas A&M and the University of Texas at Austin. A few graduates have even received a free education in college thanks to the Gates Millennium Scholarship. These outstanding accomplishments were made possible through the hard work of the graduate in the Genesys Works College Connection Program.

College Connection helps students continue their education after high school and achieve their dreams by teaching them how to apply for college and financial aid including scholarships.

Each student receives one on one help from the Genesys Works College Program Coordinator as well as guidance and advice from some of Houston's well known community organizations and university representatives like The University Outreach Center and the University of Houston to name a few.
