<BR><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Genesys named not-for-profit of the year</SPAN><br>

Genesys ITS, a Houston-based technology education and training program that targets 
economically disadvantaged youth, has been named the 2005 Not-For-Profit of the 
Year by local tech leaders.<BR>
<BR>
Genesys received the award at the Houston CIO Executive Summit, which was held 
on March 23.<BR>
<BR>
Frank Trogus, vice chairman of the governing body of the Houston CIO Executive 
Summit, called Genesys &quot;an important social enterprise&quot; in the Houston 
community.<BR>
<BR>
&quot;It enables the youth of our community to expand their horizons and provides 
a work force for business,&quot; says Trogus, who is also CIO of Shell Oil Products 
US and Motiva Enterprises LLC.<BR>
<BR>
Among Genesys' major clients are United Space Alliance, Reliant Energy, Duke Energy, 
El Paso Corp., Shell Oil Products and Sirius Solutions.<BR>
<BR>
Founded in 2002, Genesys works with local CIOs to offer students the chance to 
learn and apply technical skills in a real-world setting.<BR>
